Social Media & Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and skincare-passionate Social Media & Marketing Manager to join the So Buttery Skin team!

About Us:
So Buttery Skin is a plant-based skincare brand specializing in clean, chemical-free body butters, serums, and balms for dry, sensitive skin. We believe in simple, natural beauty — and we're growing fast!

Position Details:

Part-Time: 100 hours per month

Pay: $300/month

Location: Remote

Start Date: Immediate

What You’ll Do:

Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube channels

Create, schedule, and post engaging, on-brand content

Run basic paid ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram

Manage email marketing (Klaviyo or similar) — sending 2-4 campaigns monthly

Respond to comments, messages, and engage with our community

Help brainstorm creative ideas for promotions, launches, and brand growth

Requirements:

Interest in natural skincare, clean beauty, and wellness

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube trends

Ability to create simple graphics or edit short videos (Canva, CapCut, etc.)

Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and email marketing tools

Excellent writing, grammar, and communication skills

Self-motivated, organized, and reliable

Bonus if you have:

Experience with Klaviyo email marketing

Past experience working with a beauty, skincare, or wellness brand
