Job Description:
As a HubSpot Specialist at RICH SOLAR, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our HubSpot platform. You will not only use HubSpot but will also teach and guide our team in leveraging its capabilities for maximum marketing effectiveness. Your expertise will be essential in setting permissions, creating automated marketing campaigns, and analyzing data to improve our outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the HubSpot platform, including setting user permissions and managing integrations.
- Design, implement, and optimize inbound marketing campaigns leveraging HubSpot’s tools and features.
- Create and manage landing pages, email marketing campaigns, and lead nurturing workflows.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve marketing strategies.
- Train and support tea ---------- mbers on HubSpot best practices and its functionalities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and enhance customer engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and features in HubSpot and digital marketing.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a HubSpot user, with a strong understanding of marketing automation tools.
- In-depth knowledge of HubSpot features, including CRM, email marketing, analytics, and reporting.
- Experience in setting permissions and managing user roles within HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to teach tea ---------- mbers.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and best practices.
