Position Summary
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to support our remote team. Your main objective is to streamline our daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows, timely project completion, and exceptional client service. Your role is critical in allowing our leadership team to remain focused on strategic initiatives.

Primary Duties

Weekly Tasks:

Daily morning meetings with leadership to share key KPIs, discuss deadlines, and outline daily priorities.

Maintain task lists in ClickUp: regularly updating statuses, reminding tea ---------- mbers about pending or overdue assignments.

Manage and schedule social media content by collecting videos, crafting captions, and posting via Metricool.

Facilitate internal communications, ensuring tea ---------- mbers have timely access to necessary resources.

Client Support:

Coordinate new client onboarding processes, creating structured client folders.

Develop and manage client briefs and brand kits using Canva.

Schedule meetings and handle communications between clients and our internal team.

Oversee the approval and delivery processes of creative assets.

Candidate Requirements:

Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail.

Effective communication skills with diligent follow-up.

Experience with project management systems (such as ClickUp) and social media scheduling platforms (like Metricool).

Proficient in basic graphic design tasks using tools like Canva.

Reliable and proactive, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong written English skills for professional client interactions.

Work Conditions:

Fully remote, ideally based in the Philippines.

Available full-time, with working hours aligned to US Central Time (Chicago).
