We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help run the backend operations of our credit repair business.
Go High-Level (GHL) and Credit Repair industry experience are mandatory for this role.
You’ll be responsible for client support, dispute management, administrative tasks, and system updates using platforms like Dispute Panda, Dispute Fox, Go High-Level, and Google Drive.
Focus: Credit Repair (Disputes, Client Support, and System Management)
Responsibilities:
Dispute Management:
Manage all disputes using Dispute Panda and Dispute Fox.
Generate and send dispute letters.
Handle inquiries and ensure no dispute rounds are missed.
Upload dispute documents to Google Drive for organized record-keeping.
Client Communication:
Use Go High-Level (GHL) for managing and responding to client communications.
Ensure automated workflows in Go High-Level
CFPB Complaints:
Draft and file CFPB complaints as needed.
Monitor and update complaint resolutions.
Email
Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
Prioritize urgent messages and flag those requiring higher-level attention.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain and update client records within Go High-Level (GHL) CRM.
Organize client data and ensure workflows are accurately maintained.
Assist with backend administrative support for upcoming digital product launches.
