You'll be responsible for designing, building, and launching a complete automated
What You'll Do:
Build a
Design processes to parse and extract relevant data from customer enquiries.
Integrate AI (e.g., OpenAI’s GPT) to draft intelligent, brand-appropriate
Set up human review checkpoints to allow final editing before sending.
Implement optional improvements, like form-triggered workflows for better data structure.
Provide a clear project estimate (costs and timelines) before starting development.
Collaborate closely with our internal team for refinements and future-proofing.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience with
Strong knowledge of AI integration (especially OpenAI API / ChatGPT).
Solid understanding of e-commerce customer service processes.
Ability to advise, problem-solve, and suggest improvements beyond basic setup.
Detail-oriented, with a commitment to creating clean, scalable, and reliable workflows.
Excellent communication skills—you'll be part of shaping the customer experience!
