Project Overview:

You'll be responsible for designing, building, and launching a complete automated email handling system using ---------- and AI (like OpenAI models), based on a well-defined workflow framework. Your expertise will also be vital in advising us on realistic project costs and timelines before we proceed.

What You'll Do:

Build a ---------- automation to monitor incoming customer emails or form submissions.
Design processes to parse and extract relevant data from customer enquiries.
Integrate AI (e.g., OpenAI’s GPT) to draft intelligent, brand-appropriate email responses.
Set up human review checkpoints to allow final editing before sending.
Implement optional improvements, like form-triggered workflows for better data structure.
Provide a clear project estimate (costs and timelines) before starting development.
Collaborate closely with our internal team for refinements and future-proofing.

What We’re Looking For:
