Experienced Shopify Product Lister Needed for UK Dropshipping Store (Long-Term)

Our UK-based dropshipping business is aiming for significant growth this year, and we're building a dedicated team to help us achieve our goals. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Shopify Product Lister with experience in dropshipping to join us for a long-term position.

About the Role:
As our Shopify Product Lister, you will be responsible for meticulously preparing and uploading product listings to our Shopify store. Your work is crucial in ensuring products are presented attractively, accurately, and are optimized for visibility (including search engines). You'll be a key part of making our products shine and ready for advertising!

Key Responsibilities:
• Adding new products to our Shopify store daily (targeting 10-15 products per day). This includes:
o Researching and writing clear, engaging, and SEO-focused product titles based on relevant Google search terms.
o Writing compelling product descriptions. You will have access to an AI chatbot (provided by us) to assist with initial drafts, but you are responsible for thoroughly checking, editing, and correcting all AI-generated text to ensure accuracy, tone, and completeness.
o Finding supplier product pages (e.g., on AliExpress) using image search based on competitor product examples.
o Downloading product images from supplier/source websites, performing basic but clean edits (using Canva-like software) (provided by us), and uploading them to our store.
o Setting up product variants (sizes, colors, etc.), setting the correct pricing (including compare-at prices if needed), and managing inventory settings.
o Assigning appropriate tags and adding products to relevant collections within Shopify.

• Ensuring all product information across listings is correct, complete, and consistent.
• Following our established workflow and guidelines precisely. (We provide clear instructions for every step!)
• Maintaining and updating a Google Sheet to track product status and details accurately.
• Communicating proactively with the team (e.g., via ---------- ) regarding progress or any potential issues.

Requirements (Must-Haves):
• Proven experience working with Shopify, specifically with adding and managing product listings effectively.
• Excellent written English communication skills – vital for writing compelling, SEO-friendly descriptions and team communication.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy – especially when reviewing AI-generated content.
• Required proficiency in basic image editing using Canva or PhotoRoom (cropping, resizing, background removal/cleanup).
• Demonstrable skill in using image search effectively to find specific products/suppliers (like on AliExpress) based on images from other websites (competitors).
• Good understanding of English clothing terminology for both men's and women's wear (e.g., knowing the difference between styles like midi vs. maxi dresses, types of fits, necklines, etc.).
• Reliable internet connection and computer.
• Ability to follow instructions closely and work independently.
• Available to work 3-8 hours per day, 5-6 days per week.
• Familiarity with the dropshipping model.

Bonus Points (Preferred, but Not Required):
• Broader experience with product research using tools like AliExpress, spy tools (e.g., Ecomhunt, Niche Scraper), or other methods beyond image search.
