Executive Assistant to CEO (Remote, Full Time)
Location: Remote (US Eastern Time Hours)
Hours: Full-Time (40+ hrs/week)
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

About the Role:
We are seeking a high-performance Executive Assistant who is organized, proactive, detail-obsessed, and solutions-driven. This is a full-time virtual role supporting a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
You must be able to operate independently, anticipate needs, and consistently execute at a high level with little supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Schedule, coordinate, and optimize a dynamic calendar.

Inbox Management: Triage, prioritize, and manage email communications professionally.

Travel Coordination: Research, book, and manage travel itineraries with precision.

Meeting Preparation: Organize agendas, research background materials, and prep key talking points.

Document Management: Organize and maintain important documents, ensuring easy access and security.

Expense Management: Track ,pay and report expenses accurately and timely.

Project Coordination: Assist in project tracking and light project management tasks.

Relationship Management: Support communication and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.

Event Planning: Assist in planning occasional events, both virtual and in-person.

Reporting & Research: Conduct research and compile findings into clear, actionable reports.

Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience supporting executives or business owners remotely.

Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup.

Availability to work US Eastern Time business hours without exception.

Previous experience handling a wide variety of administrative tasks autonomously.

Mastery of calendar, email, and travel management.

Strong comfort with spreadsheets, data entry, basic reporting, and task management tools.

Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.

Bonus Points:
Experience supporting high-level entrepreneurs or executives.

Experience with light project management (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar).

Familiarity with CRM platforms.
Experience with AI tools. Stays up to date with current AI tools.
Ability to draft light communication on behalf of the executive (emails, follow-ups, summaries).
