Full-Time Lead Generation Specialist – Instagram DM & Cold Email Outreach – Long-Term

Work regular PH hours, take Filipino holidays off, and enjoy 13th-month pay. Long-term, stable position—not a short gig. We’re looking for a proactive, reliable Lead Generation Specialist who can work independently and help us consistently connect with high-end interior designers in the U.S.

JOB OVERVIEW:
We’re a boutique marketing agency specializing in the interior design industry—and we’re growing!

We’re looking for a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to manage two primary outreach channels: Instagram DM outreach and cold email marketing.

This is NOT a generic spam outreach role. You’ll be responsible for finding qualified prospects, sending personalized Instagram DMs, setting up cold email campaigns using tools like Instantly, tracking key KPIs, and optimizing for response rates.

No hard selling—you’ll simply open conversations and invite designers to learn about our offers. You will not be required to get on sales calls—this is not a sales position.

RESPONSIBILTIES:
• Research and identify qualified interior designers on Instagram and online
• Send personalized outreach messages via Instagram DM (no spamming!)
• Source cold email leads (company websites, Instagram bios, databases) — using tools like Clay, Outscraper, Hunter, etc.
• Set up and manage cold email campaigns using Instantly (experience is a plus, but we can train you)
• Track and report key outreach KPIs (deliverability, open rates, reply rates) — strong cold email copywriting skills are a must
• Maintain lead lists and update prospect statuses in our CRM
• Communicate regularly with the team and hit weekly lead generation goals

QUALITIES WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• At least 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, research, or outreach roles
• Familiarity with cold email marketing tools (ex: Instantly, Lemlist, or similar) preferred—but we can train the right person
• Comfortable using Instagram and sourcing prospects manually
• Strong written English (we’ll test this!)
• Strong cold email copywriting skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage your own schedule with minimal supervision
• High attention to detail—you double-check your work and spot errors easily

SALARY:
Starting at $500–$650/month depending on experience. Bonus opportunities available based on performance.
