Outbound Email Systems Manager

Salary: $1,200/month
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM EST (8 PM – 5 AM Philippines)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Outbound Email Systems Manager to help us maintain, optimize, and improve our outbound email system. This role will focus on monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth email campaigns and automations. The ideal candidate will have experience with email automation tools, be comfortable with CRM systems (we use ---------- ), and have clear and effective English communication skills for internal collaboration.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage email campaigns:
- Ensure smooth operation of inbox warm-up, inbox rotation, and bounce monitoring.
- Maintain email automations:
- Manage automations for replies, lead uploads, and CRM syncs to ensure the system runs smoothly.
- Troubleshoot email system issues:
- Identify and resolve issues in automation processes, ensuring no downtime or errors.
- Track email account health:
- Monitor key metrics like warm reply rate, sender reputation, and inbox placement.
- Escalate and resolve issues early:
- Detect and escalate deliverability or automation issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
- Keep records up-to-date:
- Maintain clear documentation for system health, troubleshooting steps, and improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Clear and effective English (written and verbal communication).
- Experience with email automation tools (e.g., Smartlead, ---------- , or any other email marketing tools).
- Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices (bounce handling, positive/negative replies, inbox blacklisting).
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably ---------- ).
- Proactive mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve issues quickly.
- Familiarity with API-based integrations and working with tools like ZeroBounce, NeverBounce, or other similar services.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience with Clay (monitoring enrichment workflows and API triggers).
- Familiarity with other email outreach platforms like Apollo, Crunchbase, or LeadMagic.

Technical & Work Requirements:
