Pin products to Pinterest

I am looking for someone with minimum 2 years experience with Pinterest as I look to pin all of my products to my pinterest page. I have around 1,000 products and have zero experience with pinterest. At this time, I don't plan to do pinterest ads, just produt pinning.

Requirements:
1. Interested parties should start by explaining how Pinterest works (because I don't know)
2. Explain how it works to pin products
3. Share a Pinterest link of businesses where they've pinned products
4. Give me an estimated time to upload 1000 products
5. Give me an estimate of what you would charge.
