About This Job:
We run a traffic control company in Australia. Our job is to help builders and project managers keep their sites running safely—without delays, stoppages, or headaches caused by traffic.

Now we need a website that works like a machine, one that brings us serious leads, builds trust, and helps people take action.

This is not a job for beginners or people learning. We’re looking for someone who knows how to build websites that convert—websites that sell.

Who This Is For (Please Read Carefully):
You have experience building service websites for construction or trades
You know what a funnel is and how to design one
You understand layout, structure, and how to guide users step by step
You care more about results than flashy design
You can help write or improve content to make it more clear and useful
You are confident in your skills and can show real examples of work

What the Website Needs To Do:
Speak directly to builders and site manager
Make them feel in control, safe, and ready to take action
Let them book a call, get a quote, or send site plans easily
Load fast and look good on mobile
Feel like a real business, not a startup or side project
Include strong CTAs and trust-building design

What You’ll Work On:
Full website build (5–7 pages + funnel page)
Contact forms, CTA buttons, and simple booking flows
Design layout and content structure
Help with copywriting (or give guidance)
Light SEO setup (titles, tags, fast load)

Bonus Skills (Highly Desirable):
Experience with construction or traffic control websites
Knowledge of what KPIs builders care about
Knows how to reduce distractions and guide a visitor to action
Has built sites with lead funnels or quote request forms
Can explain technical ideas in simple words

I would prefer that the website be completed within one to two days. A basic funnel and simple pages are all that is needed, nothing too complex. I can offer around $100 for one full day of work, or up to $200 if it extends to two full days.
There may also be ongoing work available after the project for basic SEO updates and website maintenance
