Website Project Manager (Software & AI Focus)

About the Role
We are seeking a Website Project Manager with a strong background in software development, AI integration, and website management. This role is ideal for a highly organized, tech-savvy individual who can lead website projects end-to-end, implement AI solutions (including Twilio AI agents), and coordinate across multiple digital properties to ensure smooth operations and continual improvements.

You’ll be responsible for managing the setup, maintenance, and optimization of several websites, as well as setting up and maintaining a Twilio-based AI customer service agent to enhance user interactions.

Responsibilities
Project Management: Lead and manage website development, redesign, optimization, and integration projects from initiation through completion.

AI Implementation: Set up, configure, and manage Twilio AI agents for customer support, lead capture, and workflow automation.

Website Oversight: Manage updates, plugin integrations, content uploads, and performance monitoring across multiple websites.

Technical Coordination: Collaborate with developers, designers, marketing teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless website functionality and project execution.

Quality Assurance: Oversee testing processes to ensure websites are optimized for UX/UI, speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.

Reporting: Track website KPIs, AI performance metrics, and project progress, providing regular updates and insights for improvement.

Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues related to website functionality, server environments, integrations, and AI tools.

Requirements
Technical Experience:

3+ years managing website projects (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, custom-built platforms, etc.).

3+ years of hands-on experience with Twilio, API integrations, and AI/automation workflows.

Strong technical understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML/CSS, basic JavaScript/PHP a plus).

AI Knowledge:

Familiarity with AI models, chatbot frameworks, and conversational AI design.

Direct experience setting up or customizing Twilio Autopilot, Twilio Studio, or Twilio Flex is a major plus.

Project Management Skills:

Highly organized, with strong skills in managing timelines, priorities, and remote teams.

Proficiency with tools like ClickUp, ---------- , Asana, or similar.

Problem Solver: Ability to creatively troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions proactively.

Communication: Clear, responsive, and professional communicator (written and verbal).

Self-Starter: Able to work independently, take ownership, and drive projects forward without constant supervision.
