Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Inventory and Data Management Support to join our growing Supply Chain Management team. This role will focus on ensuring optimal inventory levels, accurate supply planning, and robust data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will also maintain data accuracy across our ERP platform and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that streamline supply chain operations.
This role will primarily be responsible for managing pricing data within our Finale Inventory ERP system. A strong background in Accounting or Finance to ensure accurate, compliant, and consistent pricing structures across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Supply Planning Support
Conduct weekly inventory reviews and proactively flag potential out-of-stocks or short stock situations driven by significant sales deviations.
Collaborate closely with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and logistics operations.
Assist in executing inventory strategies for existing products, new launches, and product phase-outs.
Flag excess, obsolete, or at-risk inventory and support mitigation actions.
Data Management & ERP System Maintenance
Maintain accurate data across inventory, purchasing, sales, and especially pricing modules within the ERP system.
Clean, validate, and structure supply chain and pricing data for planning and reporting.
Take ownership of the pricing database in Finale Inventory, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with financial standards.
Automate data collection and reporting processes where possible to improve operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics to ensure synchronized planning across the organization.
Participate in supply planning discussions and ensure timely communication of risks and opportunities.
Liaise with Finance, Accounting, and Revenue to ensure all pricing entries in the ERP reflect accurate margin structures and tax compliance.
Other duties and responsibilities may be delegated as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in inventory planning, supply planning, or data analytics (preferably in the beverage or consumer goods industry).
Prior experience with ERP pricing data management or accounting/finance data reconciliation is required.
Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with ERP systems for inventory, pricing, purchasing, and data maintenance (e.g., Finale, SAP, Vinosmith, NetSuite or similar).
Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools is a plus.
Soft Skills
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and within teams.
Effective communicator with experience in cross-functional environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in wine, spirits, or food & beverage distribution.
Familiarity with S&OP processes or supply/demand balancing techniques.
Exposure to demand planning software modules or forecast analysis tools.
Salary
$1,000/ month
$1,200/ month after 3 month probation
