We are looking for a current or former teacher with a PhD in Education (or currently pursuing one) to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do:
Develop, enhance, and maintain high-quality training materials across all campaigns.
Design and structure comprehensive onboarding and continuous learning programs.
Apply educational research and best practices to drive measurable improvements in training outcomes.
Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to implement a consistent, effective education process.

Requirements:
You must have formal teaching experience (current or former teacher).
PhD in Education (or currently enrolled in a PhD program).
Strong expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and curriculum development.
Proven passion for education, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
