About the Role
We’re hiring a Web Design Account Manager to guide our clients through their website projects — from the ---------- nt they sign up to the final handover.

You’ll be the main client contact, responsible for onboarding, communication, project updates, and relationship management. You’ll work closely with our internal Project Manager, who looks after assigning tasks to the production team.

This is a remote, part-time position to start, with opportunities to grow into a full-time role for the right person.

What You'll Do
- Onboard new clients after contract signing and deposit payment
- Build strong client relationships based on trust, communication, and reliability
- Define project goals, timelines, and expectations clearly with clients
- Collaborate with the internal Project Manager to organise internal workflow (you won’t be assigning tasks)
- Host project kick-offs, regular check-ins, and final handover meetings
- Keep clients updated, manage expectations, and resolve issues early
- Spot opportunities to offer additional services or improvements to client projects
- Collect project feedback to continually improve our service delivery

What You Bring
- 2+ years in client-facing project or account management roles in web or digital agencies
- A solid understanding of website project stages — discovery, design, build, and launch
- Confident, clear communicator with strong written and verbal English skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple clients and projects
- Familiar with project management tools like Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar
- Positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping clients achieve success
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of follow-through
