Video editor for Meta ads

We’re looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to help us create scroll-stopping, high-converting Facebook and Instagram ads (Videos + images) for our partners in the contracting and home improvement industries (HVAC, Windows and doors, Remodelers, Roofers)

What We’re Looking For
? Proven experience designing high-performing ad creatives
? Strong understanding of hooks, body structure, and CTAs
? Ability to create engaging thumbnails, headlines, and text overlays
? Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
? Basic knowledge of AI voiceover tools (e.g., Eleven Labs)
? Experience in the contracting/home improvement niche is a plus
? Reliable, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines without constant supervision
