High-Quality Static Designer

We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand focused on health and ergonomic products. With a passion for premium design and high performance, we are scaling rapidly and looking for a highly skilled Figma Static Designer to join our team.

Position:
High-Quality Static Designer (Remote, Part-time to Full-time)

Responsibilities:
• Create high-converting static ads for Facebook and Instagram using ---------- .
• Design engaging visuals for product launches, promotions, and advertising campaigns.
• Work closely with our marketing and creative team to brainstorm and execute ad ideas.
• Ensure all designs are on-brand, visually attractive, and performance-driven.
• Optimize creatives based on ad performance data (CTR, ROAS feedback).

Requirements:
• Excellent Figma skills (must be fast, organized, and clean).
• Strong eye for design: layout, typography, colors, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in direct response marketing or e-commerce ads is highly preferred.
• Ability to create multiple variations and hook angles quickly.
• Attention to detail and focus on ad performance (CTR/ROAS).
• Fluent in English communication (written).

Bonus Points:
• Experience working with e-commerce brands or DTC companies.
• Knowledge of conversion psychology (how to grab attention in 3 seconds).
• Basic understanding of Facebook/Meta ad formats.
