Job Summary:
We are currently hiring part-time telesales agents to assist in promoting our products/services over the phone. As a telesales agent, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing them to our offerings, and converting leads into sales. You may work from home or any location of your choice, with flexible hours that suit your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential customers via phone using provided phone numbers or by sourcing your own leads.
Introduce and promote our products/services, highlighting key benefits and features.
Build rapport with prospects and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the value of our offerings.
Accurately document all interactions and outcomes in our CRM system (if applicable).
Meet weekly sales targets and strive to exceed performance goals.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English and/or Filipino.
Prior telesales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Access to a reliable phone and internet connection.
Strong interpersonal skills and a persuasive yet friendly approach.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.
Must be located in the Philippines.
Working Hours:

Flexible schedule! You can choose your working hours based on your availability.
Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week is preferred, but we are open to discussing your needs.
Compensation:

Base Pay: PHP 2,000 per week (guaranteed minimum for meeting basic requirements).
Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives are available for exceeding targets.
Earnings Potential: Your total earnings will depend on your performance and ability to generate sales.
