About WeL ----------

We’re a performance-first creative and media-buying agency that scales 7-figure DTC brands to eight figures. Our creatives aren’t art for art’s sake—they unlock net new revenue.

What You’ll Do

Own creative revenue: Deliver concepts that beat each client’s target ROAS/CPA and unlock additional spend.
Ship fast: Produce 15 fully launch-ready concepts every week (static, motion, UGC edits).
Set strategy: Build and update a monthly creative roadmap for up to three e-commerce clients.
Turn data into ads: Pull insights fro ---------- ta Ads Manager or Atria, then translate them into next-round concepts.

Collaborate: Join one internal sprint call each week and one client strategy call every two weeks.

Must-Have Skills

Proven creative strategy for Meta paid social (DTC focus).
Strong graphic design skills (Adobe CC or Figma) and video editing chops (Premiere, CapCut, or After Effects).
Ability to read performance data and craft high-performing hooks, angles, and assets.
Direct-response copywriting.
Expert inside Meta Ads Manager; confident with Atria or similar.
Clear, fluent English for written docs and client calls.

Nice-to-Haves

Motion graphics or basic 3D.
Past agency experience scaling $100k+/mo ad accounts.

Compensation

Base salary: USD 1,500-2,500 per month.
Performance bonus: 10 % of net new revenue generated above target (paid monthly).


Hiring Test (Required)

1. Workflow Outline – Describe your complete creative-strategy process when onboarding a new client.
2. Spec Creative Challenge – Visit ---------- . Produce three static ad mock-ups for the Couples Edition card game—choose the angles, headlines, and designs you believe will convert best. Submit PNG or JPG (1080×1350 or 1080×1080).
