Account Executive – Data Integration & Warehousing

ABOUT WINDSOR.AI
Windsor.ai is a fast-growing SaaS (customer base doubles every 10 months) that pipes data from 325 marketing & sales sources into BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift and Databricks. Clients include UBS, Puma, Colgate and Heineken. We are hiring our first US-time-zone closer from the Philippines to own mid-market / enterprise deals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the entire sales cycle for US $25k – $120k ACV deals (discovery ? demo ? close)
- Lead proof-of-concepts: land data in Snowflake / BigQuery and run sample SQL to prove value
- Build champions, run mutual-action plans, and forecast accurately in Salesforce
- Provide product feedback to Engineering and collaborate with Solutions Engineering

MUST-HAVES
- 3+ years closing B2B SaaS with deal sizes above US $25k and 100 %+ quota attainment
- SQL fluency (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY) and ability to discuss ELT vs ETL
- Hands-on with at least one warehouse: Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift or Databricks
- Familiarity with BI / AdTech (Power BI, Looker, GA4, Google/Facebook Ads)
- Excellent English; able to work US Eastern ±2 hours (night shift PH time)

NICE-TO-HAVES
- Power BI or Looker certification
- Exposure to dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte
- Knowledge of RevOps tools such as HubSpot or Gong

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- On-target earnings (50 ?se / 50 % commission): USD 30 000 – 65 000 per year
~ PHP 141 000 – 305 000 per month total at target; commission is uncapped
- 13-month pay, HMO after probation
- Home-office and internet allowance (PHP 3 000 / month)
- Annual learning budget (courses and certs)

SCHEDULE
- Monday–Friday, 9 am – 6 pm US Eastern (night shift in the Philippines)
- We work async where possible; 2–3 hours overlap with our EU product team
