YouTube Video Editor Needed (Part-Time, Growing to Full-Time) – $250 AUD/Week

Rate: $250 AUD per week (starting)
Hours: Estimated 10–15 hours per week

About Me:
I’m building a high-energy, pop culture and challenge-based YouTube channel (think "female MrBeast" meets trending events + chaotic storytelling).
The goal is to rapidly grow, monetize by August 2025, and scale to 1M+ subscribers.

I’m looking for a long-term partner — someone who’s excited to grow with me!

Your Role:
Edit 5–7 YouTube Shorts (15–30 seconds each) per week
Edit 1–2 YouTube Long-Form Videos (8–12 minutes each) per week
Cut deadweight from scripts and keep only the funniest, most high-retention parts
Follow YouTube best practices for fast cuts, memes, zooms, text overlays, sound effects
Sync editing style to a MrBeast-level energy (fast, punchy, no dead air)
(Optional later) Add layered storytelling and meme-style overlays to make videos more bingeable
Requirements:
Minimum 1+ year experience editing YouTube videos
Strong sense of fast pacing, story structure, and viewer retention
Good with sound effects, memes, visual resets (MrBeast, Ryan Trahan, etc. style)
Fluent in English (important for jokes, humor, pacing)
Available to deliver on deadline (Shorts due every few days, Longs due weekly)
Open to feedback and collaboration — we’ll keep leveling up together!

Future Growth Path:
Add more effects, higher-level edits, longer long-form videos (20+ mins)
Work on higher-budget projects as the channel scales
Potential to become the lead editor for the team we will build
