Marketing Assistant

This part-time posting is to find a self-starter and entrepreneurial-minded individual who has an extensive grasp of the English language and is destined to become a master marketer. You’ll be the catalyst for helping build the personal brand of Hair Professional, ensuring her marketing efforts are completed.

Detailed Responsibilities:

Main responsibilities:
• Go High Level CRM Management
• Data entry and reporting.
• General marketing tasks (scheduling newsletters, website updates, content creation)
• Occasional diary management

Required skills:
• Advanced understanding of the Go High Level platform
• Advanced understanding of short-form copywriting
• Intermediate understanding of digital marketing
• Familiarity with these tools is a plus: Zapier, Go High Level, Canva, Meta Ads

Soft Skills:
• An elite understanding and wielding ability of the English language
• A can-do attitude, always looking to be helpful and provide value
• 100% honesty and transparency. We care about improving, not perfection.
• Resourcefulness. You can think on your feet and make it happen.
• Impeccable attention to detail. You’ll tell me if you prefer Tea or Coffee in your application.

Work Schedule:

This position is for 10 hours per week (more available). You will be expected to be available for communication on WhatsApp Monday to Friday between 8AM (GMT) to 1PM (GMT). These hours are not flexible.

However, as long as your work is completed by our defined deadlines, you can execute tasks in your own time outside of these hours.

There is an opportunity for more work as the role progresses.

I observe the following holidays:
New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
