Job Responsibilities:
Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Collaborate with developers to implement UI/UX designs efficiently.
Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance user experience.
Optimize application interfaces for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Troubleshoot and improve existing UI/UX designs based on user feedback and data analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or Designer in app development.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work for web and mobile applications.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Vue, or Angular is a plus).
Strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and user-centered design.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills to present and justify design decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the media, marketing, or creative industry.
Knowledge of motion design and animations for UI interactions.
Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
