About the Role
As our Performance Video & Creative Content Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating high-converting video and still content that drives customer acquisition across our digital channels. This is a part-time role with flexibility, perfect for talented creatives looking to contribute to a growing brand while maintaining other commitments. You'll work closely with our marketing team to develop content that not only looks great but also performs exceptionally well in paid social campaigns and other digital channels.
Key Requirements (Who You Definitely Are)
- 3+ Years of Experience in Video Production/Editing: Proven track record creating performance-focused video content for digital channels.
- Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Experience: Previous work with eCommerce or direct-to-consumer brands
- Strong Portfolio: Demonstrable examples of video and still content that has driven measurable results.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or equivalent professional tools.
- Performance Marketing Understanding: Knowledge of what makes creative content convert in paid social environments.
- Creative Storytelling Ability: Talent for translating product features into compelling visual narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and deliver quality work on deadline.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to receive feedback constructively and collaborate effectively with remote team members.
- Fluent in English: Ability to communicate effectively with the team and understand creative briefs.
Strongly Preferred (Who You Maybe Are)
- Footwear or Apparel Industry Background: Familiarity with our product category
- Paid Social Expertise: Deep understanding of creative best practices for Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
- Motion Graphics Skills: Ability to create engaging animations and motion graphics
- Photography Skills: Deep understanding of what makes a great photo
- Growth Marketing Mindset: Understanding of the full marketing funnel and how creative content impacts different stages
