EMD DISPATCHER (Remote)

Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- Certified EMD is preferred
- EMD Certification assistance may be provided for top applicants
- Medical knowledge/experience
- Experience in an ambulance/dispatching call center is a plus
- Proficiency with computer and related software, i.e. Word and Excel
- Minimum typing speed 40wpm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to answer telephone calls, resolve issues, and provide information
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a discreet manner
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Available to work overtime and/or varying duty hours as deemed necessary; including weekends, holidays with an excellent attendance record

Work schedule:
- Four-day 12-hour shifts per week
- Rotating schedule

Salary and Benefits:
- Php 35,000 to Php 45,000 per month depending on experience
- Eligible for year-end performance bonus
- 13th month pay and other mandatory benefits
- Paid time-off
- Company-provided laptop and necessary equipment
