Description:
We’re looking for 2 experienced Creative Recruiters who know how to spot genuine talent—Video Editors, Designers, Creative Strategists, and more. You should know how to tell real portfolios from fakes, and deliver high-quality creative hires without handholding.

This is a part-time freelance role with a competitive hourly rate, plus a $300 bonus for every successful hire. You’ll work within structured systems and without agency politics. If you’ve recruited for creative roles before and can tell the difference between “just pretty” and “actually strategic”—we’d love to work with you.

Responsibilities:
- Understand job briefs for creative roles
- Source and validate candidates via LinkedIn, Wellfound, Onlinejobs, Peopleforce, Upwork and referrals
- Screen portfolios and test for originality
- Coordinate test tasks and review submissions
- Communicate with candidates and hiring team to schedule interviews

Requirements:
- 1–3 years recruiting for creative roles (freelance or in-house)
- Familiarity with hiring Video Editors, Graphic Designers, Creative Directors, etc.
- Ability to validate originality and spot red flags in portfolios
- Great communication and process discipline
- Must be an individual, not an agency
- Available at least 15–20 hours/week
