We are a fast-moving automotive recycling and ecommerce operation focused on dismantling late-model German vehicles (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche), organizing their parts, and selling them online through Shopify, eBay, and more.

What We Do: We strip and dismantle salvage vehicles. We clean and log OEM parts. We build listings. We ship nationwide. We do it all from scratch—with a lean team, sharp systems, and zero fluff.

We’re hiring 1–2 core Virtual Assistants for long-term salaried roles, starting with a 30-day paid probationary period. This is NOT just another VA gig—this is a launchpad for anyone ready to run the backend of a real business, not some random dropship store.

Compensation During Probation:
?2,000/week base pay

What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities):
Receive and organize part photos and specs from U.S. team
Log inventory using Google Sheets, PartsPal, or Checkmate
Create professional eBay and Shopify listings with VIN/fitment info
Optimize titles, keywords, and categories (basic SEO)
Print/prepare shipping labels (PirateShip, ShipStation, etc.)
Communicate with warehouse team to coordinate listing-to-shipping flow
Handle basic customer service and order follow-up

Primary KPI Focus:
Recruitment: Find and filter viable local laborers (7–10 strong candidates)
Warehouse: Identify warehouse leads under $1,500/month within search radius.
Self-direction: Follow through without hand-holding
Communication: Frequent updates, fast replies, clear problem-solving
Accuracy: Clean, correct listings and logs
Bonus: Introduce smarter systems, AI tools, or workflow improvements
