Are you a detail-oriented, proactive video editor with a strong command of English and a passion for crafting high-quality, engaging content? We’re expanding our team and looking for an experienced editor to bring creative flair and fast turnarounds to our projects. This role involves a steady stream of both short and long-form content, with a need for quick delivery and consistent quality.


We’re looking for an editor who understands how to cut intentionally — not just throw flashy transitions around, but who knows when to let a ---------- nt breathe, how to hook a viewer, and how to bring emotion into every frame.

What You’ll Be Editing:
-Corporate testimonials and interviews
-Video Podcasts (multi-cam editing experience required)
-High-converting ads for Facebook/Instagram
-Reels and short-form content (repurposed from long-form)



**Requirements:**

- **Strong Internet Connection:** Must have reliable, fast Wi-Fi to handle large video files.
- **Weekend Availability:** Willing to work weekends as needed.
- **Clear and Consistent Communication:** We expect over-communicative tea ---------- mbers who can proactively keep us updated.
- **Advanced English Proficiency:** Able to understand and execute on complex instructions.
- **Initiative:** Ability to take direction and think independently to solve problems.
-** 3-4 hour overlap between our working US hours ( 8am -7pm pacific time USA)


**Compensation:**

- **Short-Form Content:** $15-20 per reel
- **Long-Form Content:** $65-$100 per video
- *These rates are non-negotiable.*

We’ll have a high volume of content each month and require editors who can hit deadlines and complete projects quickly without compromising quality.
