We are seeking a developer to develop a custom WordPress plugin based on an Excel form. The plugin will be for marine technicians to track details of maintenance visits by customer, and customers to view their own records and reports. Records will contain date, text, drop-down and numerical data. Some fields will need to change color based on the data entered. Users will need to be able to search and sort records by date, and output records as PDF documents. Customers will need to be able to login to see their maintenance records and print PDF reports.
