We are an automotive parts brand focused on Toyota GR performance builds (GR Corolla, GR Yaris, GR86).
Our YouTube channel features dyno runs, engine builds, and technical breakdowns — and we need eye-catching thumbnails that make people click.

Job Description:
- Design scroll-stopping thumbnails for YouTube videos
- Understand and match the automotive/motorsport audience style
- Suggest thumbnail concepts
- Revise thumbnails based on feedback

Requirements:
- Strong thumbnail design portfolio (ideally with automotive or motorsport examples)
- Skilled in Photoshop
- Good English communication
- Fast turnaround (24-48 hours per task)
- Ability to work independently
- Passion for cars

Workload:
- Pay per thumbnail
- Long-term work for the right person
