Marketing Automation Specialist (Make.com) - Part-Time 20hrs/week | Outreach Campaigns

We are an Irish-based e-commerce business called WallBuddy (wallbuddy.shop), specializing in premium wall art posters for niche audiences (chess players, cyclists, athletes, and more).

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automation Specialist / Virtual Assistant to help us build, manage, and grow automated outreach campaigns using ---------- (formerly Integromat).
This role is part-time to start (20 hours/week) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on results.

???? Your Key Responsibilities:
Use ---------- scenarios (provided) to automate outreach campaigns

Source new lists of potential customers (e.g., chess clubs, bike shops, lacrosse clubs, bookstores)

Customize and personalize outreach messaging based on audience and season

Monitor campaigns and track leads/responses in Airtable/Google Sheets

Suggest new outreach campaigns based on current events, seasons, or target audiences

Optimize existing automation scenarios to save time and improve efficiency

????? Required Skills:
Strong working knowledge of ---------- (formerly Integromat)

Familiarity with Gmail, Airtable, Google Sheets

Good written English (for sending personalized outreach emails)

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows

Strong attention to detail

Proactive attitude and willingness to suggest improvements and new ideas

Experience with web scraping or basic API integrations

Previous experience in email marketing or cold outreach

Basic knowledge of e-commerce and sales funnels

Part-Time: 20 hours/week

Flexible working hours — but must be able to reply to occasional messages during Irish daytime (GMT) hours.

Starting at $4–$6 USD/hour, depending on experience
