The Evolution Program helps Filipino men especially those in high-stress desk jobs lose 20, 50, even 100 lbs without giving up rice, family gatherings, or who they are.

We understand the pressure of being the provider, the guilt of saying no to food at family events, and the habit of always putting others first. That’s why our method is built for real life aligned with Filipino values, family culture, and the challenges our kababayans face every day.

Our mission is to break the cycle of poor health we’ve seen in our own families heart attacks in our 40s, diabetes before 50, and hard-working men spending their retirement in hospital beds.

In just 12 months, we’ve grown 18x and helped hundreds of Filipino men transform their health, energy, and confidence. But this isn’t just about weight loss we’ve built a brotherhood. A space where Filipino men feel supported, understood, and finally at home. Now, we’re looking for someone to help more men take that powerful first step.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Research trends in reels, shorts, and viral video formats bring fresh ideas to the table

Recommend and pitch content ideas we want your creative input on what videos we should make, not just how to edit them

Communicate clearly with the team on progress, deadlines, and creative feedback

Clip key ---------- nts from raw footage and shape them into engaging, emotional stories

Edit testimonials, interviews, and talking head videos with clean cuts, captions, sound design, and pacing that keeps viewers engaged

Select trending music, sound effects, and hooks that match the vibe and energy of each story

Add motion graphics, text overlays, and subtitles to boost watch time and viewer retention

Organize and manage project files and content libraries for smooth workflow

Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and maintains consistency across platforms

Stay up to date on content trends, editing styles, and platform algorithm changes Instagram, TikTok, YouTube to optimize reach and performance

Consistently meet deadlines while delivering high-quality work

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Genuine Care: You’re passionate about helping people and telling stories that matter
- Experienced & Skilled: Minimum 2 years as a video editor with a strong portfolio of engaging work reels, shorts, YouTube content preferred
- Sound Design & Storytelling Ability: You understand pacing, music, sound effects, and emotional flow not just cutting clips
- Independent Thinker: You can work with minimal supervision, suggest ideas, and help lead the creative direction
- Attention to Detail: High editing standards, clean design, and strong storytelling structure
- Excellent Communication: Fluent English, responsive, clear, and collaborative
- Open to Feedback & Fast Turnaround: You take direction well and can implement feedback quickly without ego
- Loyal & Committed: Someone who wants to grow with us long term
