Sales Rep

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Phone Sales Representative to join our team for a long-term position.
The role will focus primarily on handling sales calls and booking facial treatments for our spa in Ohio.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stability in a reliable company with long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities:

- Manage incoming calls and make outbound calls to warm leads.
- Book facial treatments for clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Create engaging posts for social media (guidance will be provided, but preference will be given to candidates with prior knowledge of content creation).
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone, ensuring a great client experience at all times.

Requirements:

- Strong sales skills and the ability to close deals.
- Perfect English with clear pronunciation is a must.
- Comfortable creating social media posts (experience preferred).
- Reliable and available for 8-9 hours of work each day.
- Ability to work during Ohio business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Ohio time). For applicants in the Philippines, this will be 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
- Available to work 6 days a week.
