JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based wholesale distribution company focused on building long-term relationships with authorized suppliers and identifying profitable, low-risk products for Amazon FBA.

We are looking for a highly analytical Virtual Assistant with experience in wholesale product research (NOT online arbitrage).

Your primary responsibility will be to analyze large supplier catalogs (100–500+ SKUs at a time) and apply strict filtering rules to identify viable products.



Responsibilities

• Match supplier products to the correct Amazon ASIN
• Use Keepa to review price history, stability, and trends
• Identify Amazon Retail presence and Buy Box behavior
• Count FBA sellers and assess competition level
• Calculate ROI, net margin, and break-even cost
• Eliminate high-risk, unstable, or low-margin products
• Present a clean shortlist (5–15 strong SKUs per batch)
• Clearly explain why each product passes or fails

This role requires structured thinking, strong numerical skills, and attention to detail.


Filtering Standards (Must Follow)

A product should generally meet:

• Minimum 30% ROI (40%+ preferred)
• Minimum 30% net margin
• Stable or increasing price history
• 10 or fewer FBA sellers preferred
• Amazon Retail is not dominating the listing
• No major IP or brand restriction risks

If a product does not meet these standards, it must be eliminated.

Requirements

• Strong experience using Keepa (REQUIRED)
• Understanding of Amazon BSR and sales velocity
• Ability to calculate ROI and margins accurately
• Strong Google Sheets skills
• Stable internet connection
• Strong written English
• Ability to work independently and follow structured rules

• Wholesale sourcing experience
• Experience cleaning large supplier catalogs
• Experience working with U.S.-based Amazon sellers
