JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a sharp, detail-oriented content builder or instructional designer to help complete a suite of written digital products under my brand. I’ve already created the structure and developed over 25+ paid resources. Each module has clear intent and rough drafts or bullet points already in place, what I need is someone to finish the job, organize the flow, and write clean, strategic copy in my brand voice.

This is not an AI writing gig. I need someone who understands food businesses, CPG, or digital products and can work independently to bring everything together.

You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Reviewing existing modules and resources (around 6 modules, 25+ assets)
• Finishing and formatting the written content based on my structure and tone
• Editing and rewriting for clarity, usefulness, and alignment with food/CPG entrepreneur needs
• Organizing content in a way that makes sense for course or digital product delivery
• Collaborating with my designer (or preparing content for handoff) for final PDF formatting

You Might Be a Good Fit If You:
• Have experience writing or building content for CPG, food entrepreneurs, or brand strategy
• Understand the pain points and needs of early-stage food founders
• Know how to build practical, high-value resources—not just fluff
• Can follow loose outlines and bring clarity, structure, and polish
• Can work fast and independently, but take direction when needed
• Have a strong writing voice that’s approachable but strategic

Bonus if you have:
• Experience in food marketing, digital product development, or instructional design
• Familiarity with Google Docs, Notion, or content management systems
• A strong sense of layout, flow, and reader experience
