About Us:
We are a rapidly growing organization dedicated to sourcing top-tier talent that aligns with our mission and values. As we expand our team, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our remote team and help us build a world-class workforce. This is an overseas position, but working hours will be in Pacific Time (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.

Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, etc.) to identify and engage top talent.

Conduct screening calls and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings.

Support the creation of a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Track and report on recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

Proven experience sourcing and recruiting for various positions (preferably across multiple industries).

Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems, etc.).

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.

High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Availability to work in Pacific Time (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
