Web Designer

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Web and Graphic Designer to work full-time on a variety of projects, including web design, social media graphics, and occasional print materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their experience in creating engaging websites and visual content. You will be responsible for designing websites, creating graphics for social media, and producing print materials as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop responsive and visually appealing websites using Figma and other design tools.
Create high-quality graphics for social media, email campaigns, and other digital marketing efforts.
Work on occasional print materials, such as brochures, flyers, and business cards.
Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to ensure that all design work meets the brand’s guidelines and client expectations.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Web and Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills.
Proficiency in Figma for web design is highly preferred.
Experience with creating graphics for social media platforms.
Understanding of web design principles, including responsive design, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) design.
Ability to produce print-ready materials and an understanding of print production processes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects concurrently.
