We are an established chiropractic and wellness office expanding into a new division focused on Longevity, Healthy Aging, and Preventative Health.
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant who is organized, creative, and tech-savvy to help us launch and promote this new program through social media and simple marketing automations.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for:

Supporting the social media marketing and launch of our new Longevity Program.

Scheduling social media content using GoHighLevel (GHL).

Assisting with basic automation workflows (example: opt-ins, appointment reminders).

Collaborating with the doctor to create and post educational, wellness-focused content.

Helping design simple graphics, social media posts, and email templates.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing a 90-day content plan for social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).

Create and post graphics, captions, and short videos using Canva or similar tools.

Use GoHighLevel to schedule posts and manage simple social media automations.

Monitor basic campaign engagement (likes, shares, comments) and provide updates.

Assist with email marketing for wellness promotions and program announcements.

Maintain organized files, social media calendars, and posting schedules.

Skills & Qualifications
Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Social Media Assistant (health or wellness background preferred).

Familiarity with GoHighLevel (preferred) or willingness to learn quickly.

Proficient with Canva, basic video editing, and simple content creation.

Strong AI background and prompt engineering for social media

Highly organized, self-driven, and attentive to details.

Interest in wellness, healthy aging, or preventive health is a major plus!
