? Introduction: The Story of Miku Matcha

Starting Miku Matcha has been a dream of mine.

As much as I love Cebu, I always felt something was missing: The real experience of what matcha is supposed to taste like. I wanted to create something that brings out why matcha matters - its authenticity, its richness, and everything that makes it special.

As I prepare to officially launch Miku Matcha by the end of 2025, I’m looking for someone passionate, driven, and eager to grow to join me in this journey. ????

Since Miku Matcha is a startup, the person joining will be involved in many parts of the business: social media content, light admin tasks, research, logistics, and more.

Flexibility, initiative, and a love for matcha are a must! If you're creative, hardworking, and willing to grow with us, we would love to hear from you.

????? About the Role:

? Part-time position
? Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday — 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (4 hours/day)
? Payment: Competitive Salary
? Work setup: Remote (Cebu-based applicants preferred for occasional meetups, but open to remote applicants outside Cebu as long as you're committed, hardworking, and willing to grow with us)


???? Responsibilities:

?? Creating and scheduling social media content (Reels, posts, captions)
?? Basic admin and coordination tasks
?? Researching packaging and supplier options
?? Assisting with logistics/packing (in the future)
?? Helping organize and move Miku Matcha forward

???? Skills We're Looking For:

???? Skilled with Canva, Lightroom, or any creative tools
????Social media marketing knowledge
???? Organized, resourceful, proactive
???? Bonus: Experience with Shopify, e-commerce, basic accounting, or customer service
???? Bonus: Experience working in a startup or small team
