3D Interior and Exterior Renderer for Renovation Project (Italy)

Job Description:
We are looking for a talented 3D designer specializing in interior and exterior renderings to support the renovation of an old three-story house in a small village in Italy. The project involves creating five renders:

-4 interior renders (living room with kitchen, master bedroom, bathroom, kids' room)
-1 exterior render (front view, accurately replicating the real-life appearance)

Scope of Work:
-Create realistic 3D renders based on basic plans and sketches with measurements provided.
-Follow detailed reference images and inspiration files we supply for tiles, parquet flooring, furniture, decorations, wardrobes, and color schemes. These references must be followed precisely as instructed — not interpreted freely.
-Use software such as 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Cinema 4D, or similar.

Requirements:
-Ability to work responsively, providing drafts early for feedback and allowing space for necessary changes and adjustments.
-Delivery time: within 10–15 days maximum.
-Must be flexible and open to revisions based on our feedback.

What We Provide:
-Basic architectural plans/sketches with measurements

-Reference images and detailed inspirations that must be strictly followed

Salary:
$150 USD for all 5 renders, including necessary adjustments and revisions.
