JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Virtual Assistant to help set up ad accounts and assist in running ads for lead capture campaigns. You’ll help launch, monitor, and optimize ads across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, and others as needed.
This role is long-term with room to grow.
Key Responsibilities:

Help set up ad accounts (FB Business Manager, Google Ads, etc.)

Launch and manage basic lead generation campaigns

Monitor ad performance and flag any issues

Set up pixel tracking and basic retargeting audiences

Coordinate with team on creative assets (images, landing pages, copy)

Keep spreadsheets updated for lead tracking

Research and suggest improvements for ad performance

Requirements:

Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads (at least 1 year)

Knowledge of setting up pixels and events (basic ok — we’ll guide)

Good English (written and verbal)

Highly organized and reliable

Self-motivated and quick learner

Comfortable using Google Sheets, Slack, Canva

Bonus: experience with Zapier, GoHighLevel, or basic CRM systems

Work Schedule:

Part-Time to Start (10–20 hrs/week)

Must be available for some overlap with US timezones

Salary:

Starting at $400–$600/month depending on experience

Plus bonuses for achieving lead generation goals!
