Virtual Executive Assistant – Tulen Agency (Remote)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a strong, organized, and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support the CEO and team with critical day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for managing communications, posting and managing social media content, assisting with client proposals, helping with calendar and task management, resolving client issues, coordinating team tasks, and occasionally assisting with outbound communications.

This is a dynamic role — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves working independently, and is ready to get things done.

Responsibilities:

Manage and organize CEO email inbox and respond when appropriate.
Assist in writing, formatting, and sending client proposals.
Post and manage content across social media platforms.
Manage executive calendar: schedule meetings, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
Assist in client communications, issue resolution, and project updates.
Coordinate tasks between internal tea ---------- mbers and ensure projects stay on track.
Help organize internal documents, CRM updates, and basic reporting.
Occasionally make outbound calls to assist with follow-ups or scheduling.
Assist with miscellaneous business tasks as needed to support growth.
Required Skills and Experience:
2+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Operations Assistant.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Social media management experience (posting, scheduling, basic content organization).
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Confident, assertive personality — not afraid to take ownership and push tasks forward.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Tech-savvy: experience using Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs), CRM platforms, and project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or similar).

Nice to Haves:

Experience in marketing agencies, hospitality, or event industries.
Familiarity with simple graphic design tools (Canva, basic editing).
Experience with outbound calling, sales follow-ups, or client support.
