Editor for league of legends gaming channel

HI am looking for a Video Content Producer with some background of graphic design that focuses specifically on editing league of legends gaming videos with a comedic twist. I will be providing the content, clips and commentary so the only thing you have to worry about is high quality editing and creative thinking. The games i will primarily be doing is league of legends and then i will transition to other games.
1. You must know about league of legends and video games in general.
2. Have a decent understanding of comedy.
3. The most important thing is knowing how to edit the clips and make it look well done, whether it is a compilation or a montage.
Overall I am looking for somebody to understand the style/editing of the videos and be able to work without close monitoring, the more you can independently work on the videos the more i will be able to compensate you. The wage starts at around $20 per video and later i can give a percentage of the adsense money. So the more views get the more you can get paid.

I am looking for somebody that can edit similar to "magickarpusedfly" or "anniebot". But you must know league of legends terms.

If you can send me some of the projects that you have done, it would make the process easier. I am not looking for different editors for different videos. I am looking for an editor that fits my style and i can easily work with full time.
As a side note: I am Filipino that lives in the U.S., so i can communicate in tagalog/visaya to make the process easier but the videos will be in English. Feel free to contact me anytime, only serious inquiries please!
