Move N Home is hiring full-time dispatchers for a work-from-home position. No experience necessary. You must be a hard worker and speak and understand English well.

Your computer must have a minimum of 12gb of Ram and you must have noise canceling headset.

Important: This is not a laid-back work-from-home job. You will be working your full shift, with only a 30-minute lunch break and time for bathroom breaks. If you’re looking for something easy, this isn’t it.

Role Overview:
As a dispatcher, you’ll be responsible for scheduling workers for jobs, ensuring they show up, and quickly finding replacements if they don’t. This job is fast-paced, high-pressure, and high-stress. Some days, you’ll be responsible for dispatching up to 12 jobs — and when things go wrong, you’ll need to stay calm, organized, and resourceful.

Requirements:

Strong English speaking and comprehension skills

Ability to work well under pressure
