Real Estate Video Editor (4K | Reels | Lifestyle Footage)

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Video Editor to join our team!

Important:

- Must have strong experience editing real estate videos (home tours, walkthroughs)
- Must be able to create fun, engaging videos from event footage (agents out in the community, b-roll, drone)
- Must be comfortable editing lifestyle footage with real estate agents mic’d up, talking about different areas (community highlights, local tours)
- Must be highly organized and manage large libraries of raw footage

Skills Required:

- Real estate video editing: color correction, text/titles, transitions, speed ramps, stabilization
- 4K video editing capability (most files are 4K/60fps)
- Format videos for YouTube (landscape), Instagram, Reels
- Social media video editing (creating fast-paced, engaging content)
- Podcast editing: remove background noise, enhance audio quality
- CapCut experience is a plus
- Extreme attention to detail (grammar, punctuation, editing precision)
- Fast internet connection (large file uploads/downloads)
- Strong storytelling ability: making our company and agents look professional, inviting, and fun!

About the Role:
We’ll send you hundreds of clips from property shoots, community events, and lifestyle recordings.
You'll organize the footage, select the best ---------- nts, and create polished videos that showcase our listings, agents, and brand, in multiple video formats.
