Position: Social Media Poster (Entry-Level, Full-Time, Remote)

We’re hiring a motivated Social Media Poster to join our remote team. No prior experience required — just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Work Hours:
- 48 hours/week — 8 hours/day, 6 days/week
- Los Angeles Time Zone: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Sunday to Friday)
- Philippines Time Equivalent: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (Monday to Saturday)

What You’ll Do:
- Create and schedule posts on various social media platforms
- Manage and maintain content calendars
- Collaborate with our team to support marketing goals and campaigns
- Stay on top of current social media trends and formats

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
- Must be focused and not working any other job during work hours
- Must share your screen via ---------- during the entire shift — this is mandatory
- Fast, stable internet: 150mbps or higher — LINK ONLY
- Computer with at least 16GB RAM
- A good-sized monitor (small laptop screens won’t cut it)
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Must be looking for long-term work — NOT a short-term “quick cash” position
