HIRING: Full-Time Real Estate Cold Caller – Strong English, Motivated Seller Leads (Start ASAP)

I’m looking for a full-time cold caller to join my real estate investment business.

Your Role:
• Call 250+ leads daily using Batch Dialer (triple-line system)
• Gather basic seller information:
• Why they are selling
• Property condition
• Timeline to sell
• Price expectations
• Update Google Sheet daily
• Send a short End-of-Day report each workday
What I’m Looking For:
• Experience cold calling for real estate investors (6 months minimum preferred)
• Strong English (C1 or C2 level preferred) — Clear and friendly on the phone
• Consistent, professional, and can follow a system
• Positive attitude, coachable, and serious about work
• Familiar with Batch Dialer, Mojo, CallTools, or similar is a bonus

•Paid weekly through Wise after each completed week

•Bonus:Performance bonus available if 2+ deals are locked in a month.
