???? About the Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As an SDR at Engage, you're not just dialing numbers—you’re the engine that fuels our sales machine. You’ll connect with SMB owners, introduce them to our all-in-one platform, and live-transfer hot leads to our Account Executives (AEs). Your performance will directly impact the company’s revenue—and your commission.

???? Top SDRs generate 15–25 closed deals per month!**

???? What You’ll Be Doing

- Make **500+ outbound calls daily** using a power dialer -(80% of the call goes to voicemail)
- Live-transfer **2+ qualified leads per day** to our AE team
- Consistently deliver **high-quality opportunities** that close
- Collaborate with AEs to boost conversions and hit team targets
- Build rapport and trust quickly with business owners
- Keep clean, accurate records of your activity in our CRM

? What We’re Looking For

- ???? Fluent English speaker with **excellent communication skills**
- ???? 3–5+ years of experience in **outbound sales, SDR/BDR roles**
- ???? Proven top-performer (top 10% of past sales teams)
