Virtual Assistant – Lead Generation, Cold Calling, CRM Management (Remote, Full-Time)

Job Description:
Top Line Fabrication & Welding is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Virtual Assistant to help us grow our structural steel and welding services business in the Bay Area (California).

Responsibilities:

Daily prospecting of Property Managers, Restaurants, and General Contractors.
Sending personalized emails and LinkedIn messages.
Making cold calls offering welding maintenance and fabrication services.
Managing and updating CRM database daily.
Preparing daily and weekly lead generation reports.
Requirements:

Fluent English (written and spoken).
Previous experience with ---------- , Instantly.ai, LinkedIn prospecting.
CRM experience ( ---------- , GoHighLevel, Hubspot, or similar).
Highly organized, self-driven, and result-oriented.
Full-time availability (40 hours per week, California time zone preferred).
Compensation:

Base salary depending on skills and experience.
