Creative Director for YouTube Videos

We’re hiring a Creative Director to lead the creative vision for our real estate YouTube clients. You’ll oversee video content strategy, quality control, and creative execution to drive channel growth.

MUST SHARE the top 3 videos they're most proud of being a Creative Director On (Applications without this will NOT be considered)

Responsibilities:
- Set and maintain creative standards across all client YouTube channels
- Lead and coach a team of editors and designers
- Approve final videos, thumbnails, titles, and descriptions
- Develop video structure, hook, and storytelling strategies
- Innovate with new video styles based on YouTube trends and data
- Collaborate with operations to optimize creative workflows and performance
- Consult with clients on creative direction when needed

Must Have:
- Previous YouTube experience
- Work during US Central Standard Time (Monday-Friday) 8am-5pm CST
- Strong command of English language

Ideal Candidate
- Video editing skills
- Graphic designs kills
- Real estate marketing experience is a plus
